Hey. I know the title of this article may seem a bit “heavy and depressing”, and not gonna lie, it is. Yeah, sad article coming at ya! And yes, I know that in my previous article I literally said how I would no longer be writing super sad articles on this blog anymore, but, unfortunately when I went to write my next article (this article) this is what I ended up wanting to talk about. And what’s that? Feeling behind in life. Feeling lost. Feeling sad. You know, fun stuff! Continue reading “Will It Ever Get Better?“

Why I’ve Returned To My First Blog…
A few months ago, I decided to start a new blog called “Pause From Reality”. I loved writing on this blog, but I was going through a bit of a hard time late last year to early this year, and it most definitely showed in my writing. You might be wondering, just about now, why I’ve decided to return to this blog after so many months away? The reason for that is… Continue reading “Why I’ve Returned To My First Blog…”
Until We Meet Again…

I Feel Defeated… Let’s Go Shopping!
Hey. As you can tell by the title above, this article is going to be about how I’m feeling at the moment, which is not amazing. Fear not though, I promise not to get too depressing or emotional in this article. I just need a minute to chat about how I’m doing. Continue reading “I Feel Defeated… Let’s Go Shopping!”

Thank You For Your Patience, Now Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Program…
Hey. I wasn’t sure I was going to write this article, but I’ve got nothing else to do. Well, that’s not completely true. I definitely need to dust the blinds on my windows, but I’m not really in the mood to do that at the moment. I find myself wanting to write this article instead, so here goes. Continue reading “Thank You For Your Patience, Now Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Program…”
When Real Life Sinks In…
As many of you already know, I haven’t felt okay for a while now. It’s been a hectic few months and life is, and has been, just kind of a lot. I go on a cycle of feeling okay (usually when I go out and get a random thing I don’t really need like another new book) to feeling sad, anxious, and depressed. Real life is starting to sink in for me, and in all honesty, I am not ready for it. Continue reading “When Real Life Sinks In…”
Reflecting…
Hey everyone. As many of you know, I love writing about pop culture. Although, from time to time I find myself wanting to talk about things from my life rather than pop culture. This article I’ve written here today is one where I will not be talking about pop culture. This is an article about life, friendship, and hoping to find myself again. What inspired this article, as well as all of my other articles in the “Friendship” category on my blog, is a moment in my life that I let change me. Don’t worry though, I’ll be talking about pop culture again soon. Sometimes I just find myself wanting to talk about something else. And this is one of those times.

When Real Life Turns Into An Existential TV Drama…
I’ve always been a fan of existential tv dramas. I would say, though, that my appreciation for television series that dealt with that question of “Why?”, about life, didn’t come until a bit later in life for me. Growing up, for the most part, I was a fairly happy person on most days. I had friends, did okay in school, and participated in extracurricular activities. Then high school ended. In the years that followed, my friends stayed friends with one another and forgot about me, my stomach issues decided how my day would go, and that happy person I remembered being on most days seemed to disappear along with much of my self confidence. So, to say the least, existential tv dramas were series on television that I came to appreciate, understand and relate to. Continue reading “When Real Life Turns Into An Existential TV Drama…”
“Hey, Remember Me?”….. To Those Friends Of Mine Who Didn’t Care If I Faded Away…..
This is a story about friendships gone bad, people who I thought cared, and what it’s really like to be the who is left behind….. Continue reading ““Hey, Remember Me?”….. To Those Friends Of Mine Who Didn’t Care If I Faded Away…..”
