I used to consider myself quite the TV Nerd. Someone who was always up to date on the latest new TV shows, along with watching TV shows that I’ve always wanted to watch, or catching up on TV shows I may have fallen behind on at some point. I am the type of person who can only truly enjoy watching TV when I’m okay. I know sometimes when someone is sad they go and watch TV, but not me. If I’m sad, I don’t enjoy TV at all.
When I say, these days I’m not watching much TV, it’s very much the truth. I am watching a few shows here and there, but overall, I’m not the TV Nerd I once used to be. Hence, yes, I am very much sad. Don’t worry though, I’m not going to go on and on and on about feeling sad because, I know, I’ve talked a lot on my blog lately about not feeling great. Reality TV!
For the last few months, I’ve been watching mostly reality TV shows on average. I actually really like reality television. It takes my mind away for a minute. Reality TV shows are, for the most part, just ridiculous fun.
Here are some reality TV shows I have just caught up on!
The Hills: New Beginnings – Season 2
Yes, I tuned into The Hills way back in the day. So, of course, I was going to tune into the revival of this show! I had the second season of this show on my DVR for months before I finally tuned into it. On a side note, I am loving the remix of the theme song!
Summer House – Season 5
Summer House is probably one of my favorite reality TV shows. I am usually caught up on this show, but I never ended up watching the latest season when it was airing on TV. I was hoping at some point the latest season would go on Peacock so I could avoid having to watch it on demand with….commercials, ugh! But I finally said, okay commercials, fine, and finally tuned into the show on demand.
If I learned anything this season it’s this, if Lindsay goes out of her way to make you a sandwich, you better make her a sandwich in return, ahem Stephen! On another side note, what no theme song this season?! I love this show’s theme song!
